Iguazú and Litoral Argentino

Iguazu is the region of the great rivers, humid tropic, red soil, and pristine jungle covered by gigantic trees, abundant in extraordinary flora and fauna. Aguas Grandes (Big Waters) in Guarani language, Iguazu is overpassed by the almighty nature set in one of the wonders of the world: The Iguazu Waterfalls.

This exuberant scenery extends through the Parque Nacional Iguazu, the Saltos del Moconá, Parque Nacional Rio Pilcomayo, Parque Nacional El Palmar, the Esteros del Iberá or the Chaco Prairies.

In this apotheosis of nature, the Jesuit Missionary ruins are the living testimony of the fruitful work of the Church of the Society of Jesus.
